And so PAT is proud to announce the acquisition of another MYDATA MY15. Adding this 4th pick and place machine will significantly increase our capacity and to support future production. One primary cornerstone of all MYDATA pick and place machines is their high accuracies and repeatability. This is achieved with their Linescan Vision System (LVS). This is a high-speed positioning system that inspects and aligns fine pitch components at a speed of 6,100 CPH and ensures the placement of all leaded and BGA-type components. Another important aspect of selecting the MYDATA machines to support our customers is their outstanding flexibility. Set-up and changeover times are the fastest in the industry
and the systems can be easily reconfigured if production requirements change.
