FahmiHelmi, ViTrox’sPCA Business Development Manager, will present “In-line Automated X-ray Inspection – Laminography and Image Reconstruction AOI and 3D AOI”.
Helmi will discuss AXI image reconstruction, the fundamentals of tomography, AXI imaging and 3D AOI as well as AOI printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) inspection. Also, he will give a product update on the V810 S2and 3D AOI. Advanced Digital Reconstruction Technology reconstructs X-ray images from multiple angled cameras and effectively separates the top- and bottom-side of the board images clearly.
