These are proven instruments for filter alignment, RF & microwave components and antenna testing. PC-based VNAs are available in three frequency bands viz. 300KHz to 1.3 GHz, 3.2 Ghz and 8 GHz with 1Hz frequency setting resolution and a dynamic range up to 135dB (typically 140dB). These analysers have built in transmission and reflection test-set with full S-parameters. The user interface to the familiar Windows based environment is easy to use, providing additional functionality as: memory functions, time domain facility, reference plane extension, embedding and de-embedding capability, time domain transformation of responses of DUT and time domain gating. The calibration set up for this instrument is impressively accurate. This family of VNA’s are very attractively priced.
