GOEPEL electronics will showcase a wide range of test technologies for automotive test and JTAG/boundary scan at the embedded world in Nuremberg. Visitors can inform themselves at booth 4.533 about the largest test coverage through intelligent bus communication and Embedded System Access (ESA).
GOEPEL electronic will introduce the extension of its multi bus controllers Serie 61 to the CAN-FD interface PXI/PCI-6153 FD. The communication interface thus supports the latest Bosch standards. As a further highlight new interfaces supporting the SENT protocol will be presented, which are ideal for calibration and the endurance test of sensors with SENT interface. The introduction of automotive Ethernet interfaces, announced for 2015, starts with the presentation of a new BroadR-Reach media converter at the embedded world. Visitors can also expect updated or completely new products for video data acquisition and video data generation based on the LVDS/APIX standards. These include the frame grabber 4121 Video Dragon as well as the video converter 4116.
The JTAG/Boundary Scan division will present the ChipVORX FXT-X32/HSIO4 module for ultimate test of high speed bus systems. Thus, the bit error rate test (BERT) now supports PCIe, USB 3.0, SATA and GBit Ethernet interfaces. The Embedded System Access (ESA) will be focused in 2015, beginning with a new availability of VarioTAP technology for AURIX processors from Infineon. Design validation and processor emulation thereby achieve a whole new level.
The CION-LX module/FXT96 can also not be missed at the embedded world. It is the latest module generation for test of analog, digtal and mixed signals using the CION-LX IC, which is the first JTAG controllable tester on chip (ToC) worldwide, developed by GOEPEL electronics.
