Companies named as Yearly Volume Distributor, Volume Actives Distributor and e‑Commerce Distributor
June 28, 2017 – TTI, Inc., the leading global distributor of interconnect, passive, electromechanical and discrete components, has been named European Volume Distributor of the Year and European Volume Actives Distributor of the Year 2016 by Vishay Intertechnology, Inc., one of the world’s largest manufacturers of discrete semiconductors and passive electronic components. Vishay has also named Mouser Electronics, a TTI company, as its 2016 e-Commerce Distributor of the Year.
“We are honored to receive this award, especially as it recognizes our efforts in active devices,” said Felix Corbett, Director Supplier Marketing Europe at TTI. “Vishay is a fantastic company to work with and manufactures many devices which deliver significant benefits to our customers.”
TTI is proud to work with Mouser Electronics, the leading New Product Introduction (NPI) distributor, to deliver a unique service spanning the needs of customers from design concept through full production. The two companies pursue their own strategies to support the activities of their respective customers at different stages in the design cycle; yet they are also aware of the great value that customers and suppliers place on collaborative, effective partnerships.
“We greatly appreciate this recognition from Vishay,” added Graham Maggs, Vice President Marketing, EMEA, Mouser Electronics. “This e-commerce award from our valued supplier partner is a fantastic endorsement of our efforts and we extend our great appreciation to Vishay.”
“TTI and Mouser play vital roles in our channel partner program, as they satisfy the needs of the customer no matter whether they need one device very quickly for a project, or comprehensive supply chain services when in full production,” replied Philippe Masson, Senior Director of Distribution, Europe at Vishay. “We are therefore very happy to acknowledge their success and look forward to continuing and developing our relationships with both companies.”
