Syrma Technology opens up its new Electronics manufacturing plant at Bawal, Haryana

Chennai, 14 November 2018: Syrma Technology Pvt Ltd, a leading Electronics System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM) Service provider based in San Jose and Chennai, today announced the launch of its latest and fifth manufacturing plant at Bawal, located in the Delhi-Mumbai industrial corridor.Built with an investment commitment of US $10 Mn.in 3 years down the line, this new plant is designed to fortify Syrma’s market position among high-demand syrma-technologyelectronic markets within India, including automotive, industrial, Aerospace& Defence, and healthcare.

The facilitybuilt in an area of 26,000 Sqft, has an initial capacity to assemble over 2,000 sq. metres of PCBs/An. in class 10k SMT clean room, whichcould be expanded up to 5 times of its present capacity in the next3 years.At its full capacity, the plant will create employment opportunities toover 1,000 people. Syrma, a part of Tandon group, has been an export-oriented business unit for over a decade.Earlier this year, the companyannounced the setting up this facility as part of its foray into the domestic market.

With increasing adoption of Electronics across the domains and products becoming intelligent day by day, India’s ESDM market is growing at a very healthy pace, which is estimated to reach the US $230 Bn. by 2020.

For nearly four decades, Syrma and its parent organization, Tandon Group, have ranked among India’s most prestigious electronics exporters. In last decade alone Syrma has successfully co-developed, manufactured, and shipped over 200 Mn. product units for more than 100 brand-name OEMs across the globe.
