Sapna Mongia has more than 20+ experience in the Semiconductor industry with 17+ years in ST Microelectronics Pvt. Ltd in various functions like Embedded Design, Applications and Technical Marketing. She has vast international experience and has spearheaded many multi-site projects with India, Italy, France, Singapore, US and China business units inside ST for power, industrial and consumer applications. She is presently heading the Marketing and Applications Group for the Metering and Smart Grid market covering entire South Asia for the Power Discretes and Sub Analog Group in ST Microelectronics. Her prime focus is solution-based projects which includes Liaisioning with Government bodies and institutions and combining the entire product portfolio of products specific to Metering sector and encompasses Electricity, Water, and Gas. She is also the responsible for representing ST in Indian Government Initiatives namely Smart Home and Smart Cities Initiatives.
