– The decision to propose for shareholder approval at the Company’s next Annual General Meeting, thereappointment for a three-year term of Carlo Bozotti as the sole member of the Managing Board and theCompany’s President and Chief Executive Officer.
– The acknowledgement of Jean-Marc Chery’s appointment as Chief Operating Officer of the Company effective today.
