Distributor’s excellence in campaign implementation contributed to 72 percent increase of its Phoenix Contact sales for the period
RS Components (RS), the global distributor for engineers, has been presented with the ‘Best Cooperation Award’ by Phoenix Contact, a leading manufacturer of industrial automation technology. RS was recognized for its flawless implementation of Phoenix Contact’s ‘Global Call out Campaign’ to promote the Push-In Technology series in Southeast Asia.
The objective of the campaign was to create product awareness and increase sales of the Push-in Technology products and Phoenix Contact to key customers. Personal sales calls to customers were central to the success of this campaign for RS. During the campaign period, RS’ sales teams underwent extensive product training and dedicated time to raise product awareness amongst customers.
“This campaign was rolled out to several countries in Southeast Asia and RS’ commitment to equip manpower with skills and product information, and their seamless internal and external coordination across the region, ensured that it was truly deserving of the Best Cooperation Award,” said Andrew Ang, General Manager at Phoenix Contact Southeast Asia.
