The certification affirms that Murata’s development process for hardware, software, and integrated systems aligns with the highest level of functional safety as defined by ISO 26262 – Automotive Safety Integrity Level D (ASIL D). With this certification, products, such as communication modules and sensors, that adhere to this rigorous development process will guarantee the highest level of functional safety.
