Available in a tiny 6.5 mm × 6.5 mm package, the BGM12x Blue Gecko SiP module enables developers to miniaturize Internet of Things (IoT) designs by minimizing the PCB footprint, including an antenna clearance of just 51 mm2. The modules are supported by the Blue Gecko Bluetooth Smart Module Wireless Starter Kit for BGM121 and BGM123 SiP modules and BGM111. The kit comes with the Bluetooth Smart module radio board, a main board with coin-cell battery holder, USB and Ethernet connections, display, connections to all the module’s peripheral interfaces, and an extension board with additional peripherals.
