The SIPLACE JEDEC Tray feeder ( JTF-S or JTF-M ) is an automatic and fast changer for standard JEDEC waffle pack trays. Delivering flexibility with maximum precision, the SIPLACE JEDEC Tray Feeder enables the SIPLACE X4 S Micron to process components in the submodules industry even more effectively.
The SIPLACE JTF-S stores a stack of up to 30 thin or 20 thick JEDEC waffle pack trays and supplies them in succession. The placement machine can be supplied with one component type at constant waffle pack tray changeover time.
The SIPLACE JTF-M stores up to 18 thin or 14 thick JEDEC waffle pack trays in an exchangeable cassette and supplies them as required. The placement machine can therefore be supplied with different component types at variable waffle pack tray changeover times.

– More Feeder Space – Thanks to its compact design, the SIPLACE JTF takes up only 15 x 8-mm feeder slots and the remaining slots can still be used for regular feeders.
– Optimal Balanced Lines – Higher head utilization since one head is able to pick up from the tray and the feeder.
