The Front Desk Management Wizard, empowered by SARVAM UCS offers access to hospitality features such as Check-in/Check-out, Guest-in/Guest-out, Wake-up Calls, Alarms, Reminders, Do-not-Disturb and Monitoring Room Clean Status from the same interface. SARVAM UCS can be readily integrated with third party Call Accounting Software,enabling hoteliers manage telephony costs. The platform supports mobility extensions improving the reachability of the hotel staff in turn helping them offer enhanced and quick services to their guests.
