LED Aviation/ Obstruction Light is a kind of fit and forget system because no re-lamping of bulbs is required as in conventional Aviation Lights. It has extremely low operating cost and negligible maintenance. It has an attractive feature of Auto ON/OFF system which makes it automatically switched ON in the evening upon sensing darkness and automatically switches OFF in the morning after sensing ambient light.
The model has cast aluminium housing (IP-65) with Red Polycarbonate Diffuser. It can work on 220V AC/ 48V DC and has highly efficient microprocessor based SMPS driven heavy duty LED drivers. The weight of the system is around 1.25Kg.
LED Aviation Lights can be used for highlighting communication towers, high-rise building roof tops, industrial chimneys, hazardous operation areas, industrial canes, high security perimeter fencings.
