KYZEN’s AQUANOX® A4708 rapidly cleans under densely populated, low-gap PWB assemblies and is effective on all flux types, including no-clean and water soluble residues. A4708 is specifically formulated for enhanced metal compatibility and is safe for delicate gold and aluminum bonding pads. The specialized pH chemistry provides bright solder joints, even after multiple wash exposures.
