The grand opening of Trescon CIO – 12th edition Big CIO Show 2023 held on 9th March 2023 at the Sheraton Grand Bengaluru, Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center inaugurated by the Maharaja of Mysore, His Highness Yaduveer Krishnadatta Chamaraja Wadiyar and Naveen Bhardwaj, Group CEO, Trescon.
The event was declared open with a welcome note by Mr Bharadwaj followed by a lamp-lighting session. During the inauguration, his highness also launched an upcoming event scheduled on the 23rd and 24th of November 2023 in New Delhi: DATE – Data Acceleration and Transformation Expo which was officially announced on Valentine’s Day, 14th February 2023.
On this note, Naveen Bharadwaj, Group CEO, Trescon, spoke about the top trends and challenges in the tech industry. He said, “Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Data Analytics & Innovation automation, and Cloud have been taken over by Metaverse, Cybersecurity, etc as upcoming trends.” He further added that “The top challenges faced by CIOs are cybersecurity, privacy, skilled labor, and the ever-changing landscape of digital technologies.” His highness addressed the gathering about the impact and importance of digital transformation and cybersecurity. He also spoke about ‘Cyberverse Foundation’, an initiative launched by the Chief Minister of Karnataka in September 2023.
