Fairwood Smart Green’s India production facility will manufacture a range of energy conservation systems to address the unavailability of power in many regions across the country and also act as a hub for production to Middle East, Europe and other Asian countries. One of the key highlights ‘The Hybrid Green Box’, is a stand-alone energy production and management system which combines solar plant production, other renewable energy systems, storage and land management applications for rural and remote locations (decentralized power generation for rural electrification, telecom towers, ATM applications etc) and urban areas (homes, factories, schools, institutes & commercial applications).
The facility will also manufacture the next generation remote monitoring and control of SPSS (Solar Power Supervisory System) along with hardware (String Monitoring Box – SMB) and software (Solar Web) for Mega Watt (MW) size power plants in the Indian market. In addition to these, the facility will also set-up the remote monitoring& control centre for various projects worldwide in renewable, buildings and infrastructure domains, and the new generation smart home system IQ@home with embedded intelligence and easy commissioning.
Speaking on the occasion Mr. Ranbir Saran Das, Vice Chairman of Fairwood Group said, “The huge potential and vast scale of the Indian market have been the two key reasons for Fairwood Smart Green to set up its production facility in India. We aim to establish India as a base for production of hardware & software for hi-tech automation products & solutions for renewable and infrastructure projects across the world. The potential for off-grid, mini-grids, and smart-grids, is enormous in rural and remote areas of India, as well as in other countries of Asia, such as Indonesia, Philippines, etc. Many such launches are soon to follow.”
“The motive is to offer services that are responsible for overall reduction in energy and optimization of manpower requirements, with features supporting remote management of energy, manpower, safety, security, failure detection & preventive maintenance. The ‘Hybrid Green Box’ is an integrated power generation system which is easy to install and provides efficient, reliable and sustainable power supply. All products have integrated intelligence and feature full remote monitoring and management. This unique concept enable our “green boxes” to be integrated into our smart city concept, to be included in the virtual power plants and to provide full demand side management, ensuring energy where and when most needed ”said Devid Palcic, CEO of Fairwood Smart Green Global.
Fairwood smart Green is collaborating with NGO’s and aims to target 200-500 villages for rural electrification across various states of India starting with Bihar, Orissa, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal and North East states, as well as in other Asian countries.
“With the launch of this facility in Gurgaon targeting Hybrid Green box and Remote Monitoring & Control Centre – the only one of its’ kind in India – the State of Haryana will gain primacy in the effort to develop sustainable and smart solutions.” said Mr. Vikas Chopra, CEO of Fairwood Smart Green India.
