Mr. Ajai Chowdhry, the Padma Bhushan Awardee from 2011 and co-founder of the HCL Group, was all in praise for the eInfochips team. He visited the eInfochips Experience Zone and observed the products designed by eInfochips – “These cutting edge technology solutions from eInfochips are impressive; in line with the leading global product design companies. eInfochips is at the cusp of a strong growth phase, I am sure they will continue to outpace the industry in FY 2014-15, and beyond.”
- Mr. Chowdhry inspired the eInfochips team as he talked about innovation coming from India, and specifically Gujarat. An example he shared was of Pranav Mistry –- who introduced the concept of the ‘6th Sense Technology’. He also talked about convergence between medical devices and consumer electronics, to build personal healthcare solutions. He shared the government’s plans to setup a Semiconductor Fab on the outskirts of Ahmedabad and reiterated that, this would be ideal to boost the sector in Gujarat. The session was full of interesting anecdotes and incidents from his past, keeping chipmates engaged in rapt attention.
