EDOM Technology Announces Distribution Agreement with NextInput

July 28, 2015 Taipei – EDOM Technology, a professional IC distributor, today announced that it has signed a distribution agreement with NextInput Inc. EDOM will be responsible for the distribution of NextInput’s turnkey ForceTouchÒ solutions in China, Taiwan and Southeast Asia. NextInput solutions includes MEMS-based Force Sensors, ForceTouch Processors and proprietary software & algorithms. EDOM will provide NextInput customers with demand fulfillment, sales logistic services, and also dedicate a team of engineers to provide on-site technical support to drive ForceTouch adoption throughout the region.

EDOM Technology is a leading distributor in Asia with annual revenues of approx. USD $2B serving over 40 semiconductor design houses with portfolios that range from components to complex SoCs with software. NextInput is a synergistic addition to their existing line card and will enable EDOM to serve the rapidly growing demand for Force sensing solutions. With broad customer relationships, a strong technical staff, and a world-class logistics system, EDOM has the infrastructure necessary to serve the Pacific Rim markets.
