Digitaltest to show their new flying probe system, the Condor MTS 505 and reverse engineering software, Digitizer 2.0at IPC Apex, Las Vegas, NV, Booth 1547, from March 15th to 17th, 2016
Concord, CA – January 4th, 2016: Digitaltest, Inc., a leader in Flying Probe, In-Circuit, Functional Test and Production Software Solutions will be demonstrating their New Flying Probe and Reverse Engineering Software at the IPC Apex show in Las Vegas, NV, Booth 1547, March 15th to 17th, 2016.
As a preview for the upcoming APEX show in March we plan to show major new developments including our new MTS 505, Condor, flying probe solution which provides capabilities for larger boards and faster programming. In addition,on the hardware side,we will be showing significant updates to our In-Circuit and Functional test systems.
We will also be showing our new reverse engineering software, Digitizer 2.0. This new generation of the reverse engineering software has been developed as part of theINPIKO project, which covered aspects such as optical and x-ray techniques.Digitizer 2.0 can link with data from other systems and provides new methods to determine unknown component values using new and innovative metrology techniques.
We will also be showing the latest updates to QMAN our quality management software that should excite people looking to manage quality and yields around the tests and inspection processes.
When these innovations are combined with our latest releases of our C-Link and CITE program Generation tools, our products continue to allow us to provide the most comprehensive and cost effective test solutions on the market.
See usat APEX and ask for a demo of:
New – MTS 505– The Condor, High Performance Flying Probe Solution.
Digitaltest’s new Condor flying probe solution provides larger board capability, faster programing and increased optical capability. When these are combined with the speed, test capabilities and accuracy provided by the Condor, we can provide a very capable and cost-effective test solution for all low to medium volume production.
New – Digitizer 2.0– Reverse Engineering Solutions
The new Digitizer 2.0 helps you recover CAD. With the help of the Digitizer the board/CAD data is re-created and all the connectivity is learnt. Digitizer generates a CAD file for the board that contains all the board components and nets. This file can be used for test, repair and/or re-manufacturing of the board.
QMAN – Quality Management Software
QMAN is a powerful, yet easy to use, quality management software solution. With the collection of test and inspection results in a central relational database, all aspects of test (Flying probe, ICT, functional test and inspection processes), failure and measurement data can be used to assess the efficiency of the production process, predict process issues and create detailed diagnostic information.
MTS 30– Flexible Functional and Non-Multiplexed In-Circuit Test in a 19” Rack Mount Solution
Digitaltest’s MTS 30 Sparrow test system provides the highest level of flexibility and test capability in a small footprint. As a result of combining ICT, enhanced switching and, test capabilities, with full functional test in a compact rack mount platform, the Sparrow can meet the demands of the world’s most challenging manufacturing and test requirements.
MTS 300– Non-Multiplexed In-Circuit Test Solution
Digitaltest’s MTS 300 Sigma ICT system provides the highest level of flexibility and fault coverage with full non-multiplexed analog and digital capability for 3,456 pins.
In addition the Sigma’s non-multiplexedArchitecture allows foreasy migration from GenRad, Teradyne or Agilent ICT Test Platforms.
When system obsolescence and support becomes an issue, Digitaltest’s migration tools and Non-Multiplexed test systems can provide the easiest path to keep older test programs operational while increasing throughput at the lowest cost.
C-LINK – Advanced CAD Translation Solutions
The easiest way to pass data from CAD to production and test, C-Link supports 68 different CAD formats and multi-vendor outputs. C-Link also allows for full Manufacturing and Design For Test (DFT) analysis.
