1. How is creative bringing differentiation to the market?
Creative Peripherals has always been at the forefront of launching innovative products and Brands. Some of the brands Creative Peripherals have handheld during the Brand’s initial launch in the Indian market are AOC, Beats, Microsoft, Rapoo, Belkin, Verico, AOC to name a few. Creative Peripherals would like to take this opportunity to thank the Brands for placing their trust on us and we have happy that we learned and grew with them. Creative Peripherals has also expanded its product range not only in the IT segment but even in Telecom, Imaging and Life Style Products which in itself is a differentiation in distribution.
2. Where are the new growth opportunities for the company today and how is it bringing innovation to distribution?
IT products are now merging with Telecom and hence Telecom offer’s great business opportunities. Peripheral has explored this by launching new products such as like Tablets under the brand name Smart. Creative Peripherals is also adding products related to the Imaging industry. Apart from products, Creative Peripherals is also a distributor with a difference devising Marketing Activities both offline and online for it brands. Creative

4. What are your plans to expand your channel base in India?
Increase more of Noncompetitive Brands and hence get into varied Partner base.
This also helps our existing partners to add new products to their existing customer base and grow their business.

Distributing products falling under – IT, Telecom, Imaging & Lifestyle

7. How do you make sure that the company adds value to its customers?
For the last few years we have been always enhancing and growing our critical departments like Sales, Logistic, Finance, and now we are improving our Marketing Department as well, which is supporting to generate leads for our partners and also grow Brand Creative Peripherals and its associated brands in the Indian Market.
8. How does the company look at growth opportunities today?
Creative Peripherals is looking to grow by almost 30% with the existing products in the coming year and additionally by further adding new products.
9. Please mention some of the challenges that you are facing today?
Employee Retention is a challenge for distribution companies like us. One more challenge is Stocking smartly and completing sales quota in the rapidly changing environment in technology.
10. What are your future plans and programs for 2015?
Focus more on Lifestyle products, focus more on products which will complement our existing products. Add more representation in Eastern parts of India.
