Bangalore, October 16, 2015: Anritsu India Private Limited organized a conference on “LTE-Advanced & Beyond” in Hyderabad and Bangalore on October 13th and October 15th 2015 respectively.
Thanks to the demand for High Speed Broadband, the global LTE market is set to grow at remarkable rates until 2019. To keep pace with the accelerated demand for increased speeds & Bandwidth due to the rapid deployment of smart devices, the major stake holders in the LTE market continue to invest heavily in developing new technologies (LTE-Advanced / 5G), reducing the infrastructure/device costs and improving the spectral efficiency. While the development life cycles and the time to market continue to reduce, the testing complexities and testing costs are ever increasing. The conference gave an overview to all the participants on various global technology trends and efficient testing methodologies.
The conference covered various topics like LTE-Advanced Market Overview, Introduction to 5G, LTE-Advanced R&D, Conformance & Carrier Acceptance Testing (CAT) and LTE UE Testing solutions for Manufacturing, M2M & Automotive Industries. The lecturers were given by subject experts from UK and Japan.
Anritsu India had also organized live demo of 3CC testing (using MD8430A/RTD), e-call/ERA-GLONASS testing (for Automotive sector using MD8475A), Wi-Fi Offload testing (using MD8475A), LTE-Advanced PHY testing (using MT8821C) and UE Production Line Testing (using MT8870A).
The conference was attended by more than 300 professionals and engineers who are involved in R&D, manufacturing and service provisioning in the Telecom Industry.
