Memphis Electronic, a manufacturer of memory modules and distributor with over 20 manufacturers of DRAM, SRAM and Flash is now sampling 32GB DDR4 modules for industrial applications.
Many of today’s CPUs are designed to support up to 32GB of unbuffered DDR4 per available UDIMM or SO-DIMM slot – until now, such high density modules have been rarely available on the market. Memphis recently released an entire product series dedicated to filling this void by delivering 32GB DDR4 modules in ECC and Non-ECC versions, including Very-Low-Profile (VLP) form-factor options. This new product series also includes support for expanded temperature ranges of -40 to 95°C case-temperature suitable for a variety of industrial applications. The standard speed-rating for the modules is 2666MT/s, while optionally up to DDR4-3200 speed is orderable.
The first of these new 32GB modules utilize the latest high-quality Samsung 16Gbit DDR4 components available on the market. As an authorized distributor for numerous DRAM manufacturers, Memphis will be able to utilize compatible monolithic 16Gb DDR4 components from a wide range of suppliers as they become available – ensuring quality, performance and a stable supply chain with direct manufacturer support. Memphis module designs use fully JEDEC compliant PCBs and adhere to ISO ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 certified design and manufacturing processes.
Memphis has delivered high-quality memory modules for some of the world’s most demanding industrial applications for nearly three decades, and provides unparalleled expertise in support of all phases of customers’ memory requirements.
