
AMD has named Sunny Gandhi as Senior Director of Commercial Channel for Asia Pacific and Japan. In his new position, Gandhi will take charge of channel enablement, streamline operations, and oversee sales strategy execution across AMD’s commercial channel network in the region.
Gandhi brings over 15 years of leadership experience in the IT industry, having held senior positions with leading OEMs, distributors and resellers across Asia Pacific. His track record covers channel development, product and category management as well as building strong partner networks.
Nick Lazaridis, Senior Vice-President of Sales for AMD in APJ, commented that Gandhi’s reputation as a results-oriented and trusted leader made him the right choice to guide the transformation of AMD’s commercial channel ecosystem. Lazaridis added that Gandhi’s expertise in fostering collaboration and delivering change within partner networks will be key to expanding AMD’s commercial presence across the region.
