Ltd., Taiwan has introduced JET-300N In-Circuit Tester with some of the advanced features found in the high end In-circuit testers.JET-300N is based on REED Relay Technology and hence can test all the Power electronics components like FET ‘s, High Voltage Zener etc. JET-300N has the widest test frequency ranges from 100Hz to 1MHz for accurate measurements of parallel components JET-300N also comes with the innovative test feature of IC Scan Function to test the opens in the SMT IC ‘s without additional fixtures.
