November 16, 2017 – The Mouser-sponsored Vaillante Rebellion racing team scored a spectacular double-podium victory Nov. 5 at the 6 Hours of Shanghai. The victory at Shanghai is the second consecutive first-place finish for the No. 31 car and marks the team’s seventh podium finish in eight races this season.
The No. 31 car, driven by Bruno Senna, Nicolas Prostand Julien Canal, took first place, while the No. 13, driven by Nelson Piquet Jr., Mathias Beche and David Heinemeier Hansson, finished third in the LMP2 category. The win moves the No. 31 car to the top of the LMP2 team classification of the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) with only one race to go.
With Senna behind the wheel, the Mouser-backed No. 31 car dominated the first 90 minutes of the race. Both cars overtook the Jackie Chan DC Racing No. 38 car in the last hour of the race to claim the first and third podium spots.
