Adds 2500 W – 6000 W Power Ranges in Configurations Up to 500 V, 720 A
YORBA LINDA, Calif., October 16, 2017 — B&K Precision, a leading supplier of test and measurement equipment, today announced the expansion of its 8600 Series with the addition of four new programmable DC electronic load models: 8620, 8622, 8624, and 8625. With operating voltage ranges up to 500 V, the new models bring to the series a significant increase in power range from 2500 W to 6000 W and a capability of sinking up to 720 A for high current applications.
All new models provide the same high performance and full feature set the 8600 Series is known for, but now with the high power capabilities demanded by our customers. All 8600 Series DC loads are suitable for testing and evaluating a variety of DC sources such as DC power supplies, DC-DC converters, batteries, LED drivers, and photovoltaic arrays.
Available immediately, B&K Precision’s 8620, 8622, 8624, and 8625 programmable DC electronic loads are all backed by a standard 3-year warranty and listed at the following:
