Hong Kong, December 18, 2013 – Altera Corporation (Nasdaq: ALTR) today announced it has been named a Huawei “2013 Excellent Core Partner”for outstanding support, high-quality standards and FPGA product innovation. Huawei Technologies, a world-leading global information and communications technology solutions provider, presented Altera the high honor at Huawei’s 2013 Core Partner Convention in Shenzhen, China, in November. The Huawei Excellent Core Partner Awardis a distinguished recognition for companies that consistently deliver the highest performance and quality products that meet Huawei’s highly specialized requirements.
