Manufacturing Infrastructure
Jabil, production facility at Ranjangaon MIDC have an Uninterrupted Power Supply -Express Feeder ,100% Power Backup (DG/UPS), the production environment is Temperature and Humidity controlled. Considering the safety & security 24×7 CCTV surveillance & Access Card Controlled Entry which ensure the legal aspect towards customer data confidentiality. Electronic product is ESD sensitive & ESDS 20.20 Compliance Shop Floor & ESD – Turnstile Controlled Shop Floor Entry. To meet risk mitigation Centralized Fire Management System & FM Global Approved Infrastructure is enhancing human & product safety parameters. Plant is equipped with Canteen/ Crèche/Transportation facilities.

Jabil drives various trainings & certifications in order to provide Value added service to the customer with >200ILs as a Lean Six Sigma Bronze certified & 13 Six Sigma Black belt certified, ~300 DLs shop floor series certified. Also technically Jabil is much specified in sharpening skills of employee like IPC certifications, ESD, in house testers as well as low cost automation & Six Sigma tools implementation. The ERSASCOPE is the optical inspection system for BGA, Flip Chips & CSPs the optical carrier is a highly advanced, endoscope based system. Pick & Place/NXT: These machines can place components ranging from Max. PCB size: 520 mm x 525 m.
